Contact information is collected as part of the registration process. In the event of cancellations or changes, emails will be sent to families 1-2 hours prior to the session

At Kidgility, we strive to deliver the highest quality training programs and ensure participant satisfaction. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Our refund policy is as follows:

Cancellation Before Program Start

There is a non-refundable fee of $150. Participants may receive a full refund of the remaining balance if they cancel their registration at least 7 days prior to the program start date. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program start date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the remaining balance.

Cancellation After Program Start

Refunds will not be issued once the program has begun. In exceptional cases, such as injury or medical emergencies, a pro-rated credit may be provided for future programs. A doctor’s note may be required.

Missed Sessions

Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions. In the case of unforeseen program cancellations due to weather or other emergencies, we will make every effort to reschedule or offer a make-up session.

Program Cancellations by Us

If we cancel a program due to low enrollment or other reasons, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer their registration to another program.

Please allow 7-10 business days for processing once the request is approved.

How It Works

• Refer a friend or family member: Share the joy of training with your friends and family by inviting them to join one of our programs.

3.      How to Participate

• Email info@kid-gility.com with you friend’s first and last name, contact email.

• Once your friend completes their registration, we will offer you the discount in your next registration.

4.      Terms and Conditions

• Referrals apply to new participants only.

• Rewards are valid for future program registrations and cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Discounts cannot be combined with other promotions.

There’s no limit to how many friends you can refer—earn rewards for each one!

Depends on the venue and weather. A free Kidgility t-shirt is offered to every registered player.
